Congratulations to all our Graduates
Chase Scholar graduates who have just completed a semester of funding, please complete the graduate questionnaire below. Following the completion of the questionnaire contact Jennifer Urban at jenniferurban@chasefoundation.com to set up a date and time for an exit interview at the Artesia office. Graduates have 60 days from the date of their graduation to complete the questionnaire and exit interview. A gift of $500 will be given to each graduate following the exit interview and receipt of proof of graduation.
